Typically a valid Malaysian driving licence (or international licence if applicable), a copy of your MyKad or passport, and proof of a local contact address. If you'd like to add a named driver, they'll need to bring their own licence documentation at onboarding.
Can I extend a plan if my situation changes mid-way?
Yes, extensions can be discussed before your current term ends. The twelve-month plan also includes a quarterly review specifically for this purpose. We'll contact you ahead of expiry to talk through your options.
Is insurance included in the monthly arrangement?
Coverage details are outlined clearly during onboarding. Velora vehicles are maintained with active road tax and coverage in place. We'll walk you through what's included and what falls outside the arrangement before you sign anything.
What happens if the vehicle needs an unscheduled repair?
Mechanical issues that arise outside normal wear are handled through Velora. You call our contact number, we assess and arrange pickup or roadside assistance within the terms of your plan. You won't be managing third-party workshops directly.
Are there mileage limits on the plans?
Mileage terms vary by plan and are discussed during your enquiry. We aim to match the plan to your actual usage pattern — if you're a high-mileage driver, we'll flag this during the conversation so there are no surprises at return.
How is the vehicle handed over at the start and end?
At the start, we meet at a convenient location in Kuala Lumpur for a walkthrough — checking condition, going over the controls, and signing off on the arrangement. At the end, the same process applies in reverse. The premium plan includes door-step collection.
