Vehicle Handover and Briefing

Active Arrangement Period
Servicing scheduled and handled as per plan. Direct contact available throughout.
Return and Close-Out
Condition review at return, documentation sign-off, and extension discussion if needed.

Three-Month Basic Plan
An entry-level long-term arrangement suited for individuals or small households who need a compact-segment vehicle for daily commuting over an extended window. Periodic servicing and weekday roadside assistance are included. Onboarding includes a vehicle walkthrough and a short briefing on care and return procedures.

Mileage terms are discussed and agreed before the arrangement starts. High-usage drivers are identified early to avoid disputes at return.
Active Coverage
Vehicles are maintained with current road tax and standard coverage throughout the rental period. Renewals are managed proactively by Velora.
Onboarding Briefing
Every renter receives a condition walkthrough and a practical briefing on care expectations, reporting procedures, and contact information.
Structured Return Process
Return is not a quick key-hand-back. Both parties review condition against the opening record and sign off together. No unilateral deductions.
